CX80 Thread Locking Adhesive Permanent 10ML
CX80 RC 70 - anaerobic adhesive for securing metal threaded connections with very high bonding strength.
Bonds upon contact with metal surfaces, in the absence of air.
PROPERTIES:
high strength (permanent connections)
corrosion protection
vibration resistance
prevention of leaks from threads
increased clamping and slip strength, facilitating assembly
oil resistance
initial bonding in up to 15 minutes
full strength after 24 hours
temperature resistance from -55°C to +150°C
Application:
permanent locking of screws and nuts
sealing
securing threads against loosening during vibrations
especially recommended for small threads (thread diameter up to M20)
