1. In order to protect your rights and respecting the Personal Data Protection Act, we are committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of the personal data we collect. Our employees have been trained in the processing of personal data.

3. On our store portal, we collect the following personal data:

  • First and last name – when placing an order, we ask you to provide your first and last name so that we can send you your order and have the ability to contact you.
  • Residential address – we need this for shipping the ordered products.
  • Phone number – Agromer Store employees contact you by phone in unexpected events such as a product being out of stock while proposing the most beneficial solution.
  • Email address – we contact you via email regarding your order, sending you confirmation of your order.
  • IP address – information resulting from general connection principles realized on the Internet such as IP address (and other information contained in system logs) is used by the Store administrator for technical purposes. IP addresses may also be used for statistical purposes – to collect general demographic information (e.g., about the region from which the connection is made).
  • Cookies – our online store uses cookie technology to adapt its operation to your individual needs. You can agree to have the data you entered remembered, allowing you to use it without re-entering it during your next visits to the Store's websites.   • Providing the above data is necessary in the following cases:
  • Making a purchase through our online store. (Orders without logging in/registering an account) – after completing such an order, we remove all data that could identify you (first name, last name, address, phone number, email address) from our database. Only the sales document remains, stored for tax purposes.
  • Registration in the Buyers database – is voluntary. We store the data you provide in our database to facilitate future purchases in our online store.

5. Every User of our Store has the option to choose whether and to what extent they want to use our services and share information about themselves. If for any reason you do not wish to leave your personal data, you have the right to delete it or not use our Store.

6. We do not share any data with third parties. We also do not store sensitive data such as your credit card numbers or access data to your bank account.

7. According to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997, (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1182, 1662), you have the right to correct, supplement, update, rectify, and request the deletion of your personal data.
