Description
Control and filling set for accumulators
The gas control and filling device is used to check and fill the pre-pressure in diaphragm, piston, and membrane vessels. Before each test or change of gas filling pressure, the tank must be relieved of pressure on the liquid side. Checking or reducing the gas filling pressure is possible without connecting a gas cylinder. In case of an increase in gas filling pressure, sufficient nitrogen cylinders with appropriate pressure must be available. Relevant safety regulations must be followed.
The set includes:
1 manometer O 63 from 0 to 100 bar
1 manometer O 63 from 0 to 250 bar
1 manometer O 63 from 0 to 400 bar
1 gas hose 2000 mm, G5 / 8 "
1 valve for filling and controlling gas, M28 x 1.5
1 adapter each from M28 x 1.5 to: G1 / 4 ”; M14x1.5; 5/16 "UNF; 1/2 “UNF; 5/8 "UNF; 7/8 "UNF
