Description
Tapered roller bearings (metric size) consist of two separable elements. An outer ring, inside which one of the inclined raceways of the bearing (outer) is located, and an inner ring, on which a cage with rolling elements is mounted. The rolling elements are, from a geometric point of view, cones with truncated vertices. They resemble rollers or cylinders, hence the common name – roller bearings.
