General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
§1 Provider
The online shop at www.agromer.pl is operated by:

Hereinafter referred to as "Seller".
§2 Scope of Application
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop between the Seller and the Customer.
(2) Deviating or supplementary terms of the Customer do not apply unless the Seller expressly agrees to them in writing.
§3 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit an order.
(2) By submitting the order, the Customer makes a binding purchase offer.
(3) The purchase contract is concluded only upon explicit order confirmation by the Seller (via email).
§4 Product Information
(1) Product names, original part numbers, and manufacturer names serve solely for information and identification purposes.
(2) The Seller reserves the right to make technical changes and correct errors in product descriptions.
(3) Images are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual product (e.g., color, design).
§5 Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) All prices are stated in PLN or EUR and are net or gross according to legal requirements.
(2) Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately during checkout.
- Shipping costs (Poland):
Courier up to 30 kg – Prepayment: 20 PLN gross
Courier up to 30 kg – Cash on delivery: 25 PLN gross
(3) Orders over 300 PLN gross are shipped free of charge, provided weight (up to 30 kg) and dimensions meet standard conditions.
(4) Clutch pressure plates are shipped on pallets for safety reasons.
- International shipping costs:
Courier up to 31.5 kg – Prepayment: 30 EUR gross / 25 EUR net
(Shipping costs may vary depending on the EUR exchange rate.)
(3) For deliveries outside the European Union, a customs clearance fee of 44 EUR net is charged. This fee is added to the base shipping price: 25 + 44 = 69 EUR net.
(4) Pallet shipping costs are calculated individually.
§6 Delivery
(1) Deliveries are made via external shipping service providers.
(2) Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are usually shipped the same day.
(3) Delivery delays caused by transport companies are beyond the Seller's control.
§7 Payment
(1) The Customer may choose from the payment methods offered in the shop.
(2) For prepayment, shipping occurs only after payment is received.
(3) PayPal payments are booked immediately.
§8 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
No right of withdrawal exists for:
Custom-made products,
Individually ordered items,
Mounted or used electrical/electronic components,
Goods without original packaging.
A withdrawal form must be included when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Returns must be sent to the warehouse in Gręzów (Poland).
§9 Transport Damage
The Customer is asked to check the delivery in the presence of the courier.
Transport damage must be documented with a damage report within one hour of delivery.
§10 Complaints
(1) Complaints must be sent to:

(2) The shipment must include proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
(3) Processing time is up to 14 days.
§11 Liability
The Seller is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, liability applies only in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations.
§12 Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

§13 Copyright
Texts, images, and product descriptions are protected by copyright.
Use without explicit permission of the Seller is prohibited.
§14 Applicable Law
Polish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the Customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
§15 Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
